Reflections on Work-Life Balance Since joining Toyo in 2006, I’ve managed to escape the typical 24/7 grind of the EPC business—a field known for its VUCA model, requiring strict time and cost management due to various external factors. As a young team leader, I may be able to have occasionally sabotaged or escaped from tough work. However, ascending to a middle management position in a corporate line disallowed such freedom. Yet, I still manage to balance work and life successfully. I even earned my MBA in 2019 and acquired my PMI-PMP this year, and I consult for friends on weekends. Many of my friends and colleagues often question how I manage my time and maintain my peace of mind. Why? I believe that my blog will shed light on this and provide valuable tips for both your private and professional life. Join me as I share insights from my unique journey that could guide you in yours!
